Masha Rolnikaite remembers writing a ghetto diary as a young girl. Today she looks back:

“I tell you, sometimes I think to myself, how could I possibly have survived this? How can I be the same person today as back then? It seems to me as if there was one Masha back then and a second Masha now.”
